Location

The house is located in Mitterbarbach am Erlaufsee, in a quiet area, next to a side road leading to Erlaufsee. The road is not busy, ensuring that the guests enjoy peaceful nights without the disturbance of vehicle noise. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. After getting out of the cars, it's only a few steps to the entrance.

Terrace and Sauna

While going around the house, the large covered terrace can be reached. Blankets are available on the terrace for spending time during cold evenings. If you'd like you can play card/board games right next to nature, which is a truly wonderful feeling.

The Finnish sauna is accessible from the terrace. The fee for using the sauna is 10 EUR per person (minimum 2 persons), which includes the use of bathrobes and sauna towels. Sauna reservations must be made at least 2 hours before the planned sauna session.

The view from the terrace is just so calming, drinking here a good coffe or tea is always a great choice. You could also play table tennis here, just ask for the rackets and balls, and you can play as much as you want.

Dining

On the ground floor of the house, you will find the dining and lounge area, where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast of cold and hot dishes and beverages between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning.

In the dining area, a microwave oven and utensils are available throughout the day. During the day and in the evening, the dining area provides a comfortable space for board games, card games, wine tasting, and communal TV viewing.

On the ground floor, there is also a self-service small bar where chilled and hot drinks can be purchased. Additionally, there is a ski storage room equipped with boot dryers.
